This company dosen't belive in fair corporate culture, you will never get any opportunity to get any kind of training as well as if you learned something from out side no one care, Salary timing is not fixed most of time employees ask to accounts for salary. There is no respect of what you do and how you done your job but you must have to creat a layer of lie, management is never opend for employee they never listening to worker. First there is no Salary increase and promotion for years and is also depends on how much you close to management there is no growth if you only work hard you must have to buttering to your upper line. there is no job security they can kick you on same day and you have to chase for your full and final for motths. Bad Experience , In seven years working I got only one promotion, and three Increase. In civil department most of contractor are near to Management so they won't listin you and If you are from Odisha it may work for you
