Open Environment is best thing where we do yourself contribution in SK Finance. The best part Friendly management gives you encourage to move on.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, sometime, I have to work 10-11 hour in a Day. The value of your extra giving effort is useless when your growth is slow.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
