The worst company in terms of hiring. After giving 6 rounds of interview and Documentation they have rejected the candidates saying the stability is not aligned. Wasted 1 month of my time. Don't apply in Sixt India, they have the worst hiring process although the recruiters and employees are friendly. The values and the practices are only on papers.

Its leadership and management seems ineffective and dependent on HQs decisions. No vision for upcoming quarters and lacks leadership accumen.

-> Lack of cohesive strategy. Products often work in silos. -> Too often stuck in build trap. Unwilling to solve problems with thorough thinking and strategy. -> Lack of focus on shipping quality products. Later complain about bad solutions. When pushed back leaders about lack of clarity on requirements, leaders pressurize to get things done. -> Mid-management often pressuring teams to deliver on unrealistic expectations without clarity on requirements and expecting them to slog. Seen this happening especially with teams in India. -> India HR policies are not elaborate. Extremely limited tax benefit options.
