I worked only for 2months in this company We need to punch in and enter the floor .the punch in systems are separate.they are placed in the beginning and only few works.we need to wait in queue to make your punch in.then comes the way to floor.high level security check .even the person who does the check feels like as if she owns the company.yeah welcome to my training period.you know what process training tools even doesn't work there .you need to learn everything theoretically and in the first day nesting ,which is the immediate next phase after process training you need to take calls and speak to the customer.and yeah need mention about this issue ,our logout tym is 2:30 and it's 3:20 still we are in offc basement 2.you know for what reason -yeah we are waiting for escort .This is the company where security,escorts owns the company.how irritating it would,and at the end i was the only employee in the cab went all the without escort in that late nyt.the moment I fell unsafe though my pic is our trainer as our security is owns the company asked me to contact my manager. talking about is worthless i feel.all she has is bad mouth blisters i guess .on that late night obviously feeling unsafe makes us panic and instead of not providing an escort she expects respect from me .crazy lady .and you know what she knows in what language we are speaking even though she don't listen to us .yeah just in 2months i had this big issue.team started with 25 in 2months left with 13 going forward i guess team would be with 1 or 3...Read More
