I did not like this company. It was my mistake to join this worst company.

This company consists of four owners working in partnership. They cheat each other. They don't know how to deal customers. They don't have even the basic atticate. Generally they call customers and ask for their requirements for website, that's how they bring project. And if customer is readyto make a website by them the customer needs to pay half of the amount to them in advance</mark>. And they pay. But when the duration of completion of website exceeds and customer ask for the website to install, these mannersless people start shouting on customers and they aggressively say we'll not complete your website at any cost. When they hired me as a PHP Developer, I clearly told that i am a fresher and I want to learn, salary is not primary for me. So they decided a very less salary for me that was 6k. And I was OK with that. I used to work where they did not keep even a fan. I told them but they used to ignore, but still I was fine with it because I had to learn and work. They did not give me any kind of training. I learned by myself how to make websites. There was only one PHP Developer apart from me and he was one of the owners among four. He never guided me and his name is AMIT. When I used to get confused, I used to use Google if still I didn't understand then I used to ask him but he never cleared me properly. And I learned how to develop website. And these people were having problem with me and they didn't want to pay me. That's why they gave me a software to develop by myself however they never taught me how to develop software. There is huge difference between developing Website and Software. And they did not guide me how to do it because they want to remove me from that company only because they didn't want to pay me. These manneraless people don't have guts to tell me face to face because they know that I am not wrong, I give my best. And within 2 days they wanted me to complete.
