No proper sitting arrangement for any staff members, they treat Staff as labors. there is no cooling device at office for employees, only one AC is attached at boss's cabin. for employees they'll provide wall fans and ceiling fans, which is terrible during summers. No cafeteria, no beverage to any one, No fix time for lunch & noy giving any tea time break, there is no kitchen/ovens for making food warm, so your lunch time become hell. No toilet facility. staff will go to public toilets. Weekends on Monday, without having any other day leave, salary deducted if any take one day leave. even there's no holiday on any Eve like Raksha-bandhan, Diwali, New year, Christmas. There is no safety, during lockdown, they open there shop without any safety and masks, even they do not cooperate with any staff members. Office came time is fix but flexible for go, without giving any overtime. And both the Director or his son do have patience, they literally stand behind and continuously poking after every few minutes for completed work after they give. There all work are on urgent basis.
