I joined as trainee, was promised to get twice or triple pay after 6 months, worked hard to learn and grow, but at the they just doubled the salary, project management and coding standards are not compulsory, you just have to complete the project before time, by working 12 hours or more in a day. SBU heads are very supportive but still management delivers useless code and buggy products.

Dislikes

Team environment was good, senior developers were very supportive although, I didn't like anything about working there.
