Hire and fire policy / They don't follow compliance /No PF/ Gratuity/ Maternity benefits to the women/ high attrition. Begin an Audit firm they don't provide salary slips to the employees. The accounts team is terrible. An 85-year-old person is heading the HR Dept who doesn't know anything about HR/is completely biased in his decision. The average tenure of emp is 1-year maximum. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
