Worst company to work with with zero career growth. Boss lives in usa and no management in place. 1 absent director, and false hopes. Boss thinks he is running a big company , by not giving indian employees salary as compared to indian standards. People sre given fancy titles. Always do meeting and when we needed sleep doing meetingon us timings. We used to work 10-6 and 9-1 midnight, so that us can sleep better night. Always give big dreams but when we ask for simple internet bill it comes after end of the month. No cto in place everyone is an tech expert, boss cant decide on a single logo for year And ask everyone to design but he never satisfies unless some his friend will do free work for him. Boss build an product called jivoni, an utter android and web app. He thought by creating an app for 3 years snd free digital marketing will sold his product. It took 20 lpa cost to build and 1/20000 was revenue. What an agile process it took 3 years to build idea to product. Manager in india worse than ever. He seems to being data scientist, even dont know what hot code encoding,regulaziation. Intellectual dump with soçial media only, basic maths like stats or prob dont know. Simple assets of data scientist like z score, hypothesis building dont know. Eventhough simple exponential or lograthimic expression not aware of. He passed god know coursera courses in deep learning or what even though if ask maths behind cnn/rnn cant able to understand simple language. Python guru had never used a itterators, pandas, numpy. Only a list and for loop. Yeah they do support covid by not giving 500 rs recharge plan. Where we got 1.5 gb of data. And 90% invested in meeting where we are just spectator. Every monday there is a meeting with us team. First we talk and end in half hour and then they start snd we just sit for 2 hours. The work is overall clueless, boring, unethical. Everyday when you come to the office you will be treated with a surprising idea that will change your understanding of everything around you. Even the CEO doesn't know what he is doing.
