If you wish to work in an edtech company, this is one of the best choices but still as an edtech has many similarities to others Sundays are off and saturday offs are depending on managers( mostly working 95% of saturdays) Works with salesforce crm which is best

It took me 5 minutes to think about something which is likeable . The only thing which makes simplilearn bareable is the employees in it . If you are starting your career , then you can probably learn a lot here as you wouldnt have any other company to compare it with . BTW I still work here .

OHH WHERE DO I START. anything mentioned here will be absolute truth and nothing else . while i write this review . let me inform you I am writing this after spending almost 3yrs with Simplilearn , plus I am writing this while having 101 degree fever on a saturday night . Anyone smart enough can understand how the company treats theemployees here . 1) Growth - super slow - usually people who have good relation with managers and Business managers gets promoted. 2) Appraisal - well thats a joke .. 5% annual appraisals . No matter what, do not believe the HR . I have been a high performing employee of Simplilearn and the maximum appraisal ive ever got was 10%. 3) Office timings - 10hours shift , my work timings are 6:30pm-4:30am ( US Market) 4) Holidays - Company portal will show 15 holidays , but they will remove it just one week before the actual holiday , with the same reason i.e Business requirement. 5) illegal workoing hours - Someone who knows labour laws would know that , we are not supposed to work 60hours a week. We should be working 48hours a week legally . 6) Work - lIfe Balance - Nil 7) Leaves - It might look good to see 18 annual leaves , but in realityit is almost impossible to take 18 leaves in a year . a max to max 8-10 leaves is what they will provide 8) Higher Management - Very poor , the CEO and the shot callers are intelligent dumb people if that makes sense . They have appointed such stupid people on top level. The managers and Business Managers are not problem solvers but are the ones who will point out a problem with no intetion or knowledge of providing a solutions . I've joined this company as an Inside Sales Specialist. It's been almost 4months now, but seriously I didn't find any reason or liking yet which makes me want to stay here. Horrible work life balance. 11am to 9pm (no overtime pay) No holidays on national holidays No holidays on deserved holidays When if you're dying and it's your funeral day, they'll call you to come to office.

Everything. My work timings No holidays No overtime pay No work life balance No proper breaks Even if you go to urinate, need to ask for manager's permission and he'll take it as a break. I've a lot of disliking towards this company.

There is a lot of favoritism from managers (some specified) where they act unparallel irrespective of efforts and commitments. Managers even talk a bit on the personal side which leads to unnecessary drama and mental irritation.

I joined the company with motivation and learning. But in one week only the torcher started, manager was not satisfactory.Course changed immediately. No proper product training & proper guidance . Lastly it was so helpless to leave the company.

Promotions of people like Agam Pancholi to a AD Level is pathetic . He seems to run the account management team like it’s his family . Has relations with certain managers and works towards getting them and their favourites promotions and the ones they don’t like terminated. The account management team plays a vital role in Simplilearn and people like Ramu PM or Rehman who have given their lives to the company should be heading it. The leadership team are clueless, whatever mistakes they make in terms of budgeting they pass it on as a policy in terms of "cost cutting". In sales main thing is Incentives and they are finding ways to cut down the Incentives. There is no reporting hierarchy withing the org anything passed on by the leadership position is blindly followed without raising any questions about the SOP. No Work life balance you sometimes work from 10- 9PM. There is no Overtime pay, they not care about the top performers I have seen people from 4-5 years working in the same role which Indicates no Growth in the org, Appraisals are pointless!
