Loved working in Simplilearn . I was part of reactivation, launched it, pilot batch, loved the environment and management was great. Salary was good, and incentives was okay.

Direct Manager was great, but micro management was not good

Live every company, your colleagues are really nice people. The office is big and beautiful. The coffee is amazing. If you are a workoholic it is a lovely place. The product is really good. But be prepared to do customer service and support as well even though your boss tells you not to. The customers are really good at least theones who buy the course. Management is really good. Answers all doubts and queries. You can reach senior management as well. They rarely give holidays and leaves so don't buy into every Saturday off. You will be asked to work every Saturday irrespective of whether you reach your target or not. At the end of the day, you are joining sales. There's isn't anything negative. The company is a good place to work for if you are looking to stay for at least 3-4 years and make a career in sales. Salary is decent, career growth is a little slow. My suggestion- talk to people who worked there before taking up a job there.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training
