It was a good company but last 1 year they have completely ruined the culture with no work/life balance There is no Transparency by senior leadership and they take employees for granted I have worked for 4 years and I have seen senior managers targeting and terminating employees. Appraisals are delayed on purpose and employees are expected to work on sundays as well for which they do not get paid most of the times...Read More
