Higher management demands money from freshers to hire them. There is no proper HR team. Employees are asked to work 18-hour days without proper compensation. Promotions and increments were virtually non-existent, and it seemed that hard work went unnoticed by management and team leaders. Instead, they seemed to reward those who merely buttered up to them. The worst part was during the training period, where individuals with insufficient subject knowledge became trainers, leading to inadequate learning opportunities.
