Some of my team members were good people.

Dislikes

The management is fake. You will realize it within first week of employment. They lied to me about how awesome their inter-departmental communication was, but it was not. People are more interested in playing blame games than taking accountability. It led to a hostile chaotic work environment that became too stressful.

I like the job security this company can offer.

Dislikes

I dislike the leadership and its terrible way of leading. The management has a traditional approach to leadership, which involves verbal abuse and hostility. The managers often resort to instilling fear and harassing employees in order to discipline them. This is a toxic way of leadership that no modern employee should ever put up with.
