Of course if you are too much result oriented and Very much positive thinker and self development individual you can proceed. Company polices are still to improve. work culture will be Okay. Management decisions are futuristic.

Dislikes

You are considered as a person if you are done with your Achievements. No Achievements no recognition or Help. You have to be as a one man Army. Rest all will be normal not so great.
