Nothing. I would have given in negative. I worked in MNC organizations, so I think I am little justified to give the review. What they promise ,they do actually the opposite one. They don't mercy any thing. They don't have any etiquette to tell anything to anyone. I know that it depends upon manager to managers but in my case theyare the completely rude and dont have any professionalism. They told that we believe in transaperency and but at the next moment they will change their words. They will say that they are highly ethical but believe me they are doing the unethical things only. Again I told it depends upon managers to managers. They always give the threats of not approving expenses. And you have to work if you suffer from any accidents also. They will show no mercy. This is my case. I am going to leave it as early as possible.Some managers think that this organization which doesn't have business turnover of 100 Cr are very much successful and disciplined than the real MNC giants. Believe me I was a performer in my last organization with sales and KPI. But due to some reasons at home I need to resign. I joined this organization 10 days back and met with an accident and cant bend my knee. But RBM is telling you have to work with that leg and you have to ride the bike with this. Completely false base in my area. The teritory is of 2-2.5 years but this month till now the secondary is 25k.Hilarious and they are telling they are the best.
