It's never the company... It's all about the team which you are in. But company too matters if it comes under small or mid cap. Sigma decision making is either very poor or beyond my understanding. Nothing is transparent. You will have no idea of what is going on. And you will get a feeling that it's better to put paper or else life will be screwed.
