Good legacy brand but now it has moved from the consumer brand it is known. It has created a good brand for last 15 years but for the last 6/7 years the brand has taken a downturn is is only short term sales focused and top management has stopped listening.

Dislikes

The legacy is not continued and DNA of fun-loving great place to work has gone for last 5/6 years. Present CEO gets his own people as leaders and is abusive to people. My way or highway culture - Good culture is lost. Lots of sales pressure. Numbers in the balance sheet are doctored like huge revenue from telecom is only from selling call volumes in the international market where the margin is half a percent. Same for data center and cloud services. Sify has lost customers in FMCG as they could not service SAAS-based products. The data center business is more of a real estate investment by promoters and their relatives. A trend in the NASDAQ stock will show that growth is very weak inspite of the inflated number being projected....Read More

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
