Everything. i lost my mind and peace while working here. i had lot of sleepless nights and finally took a decision to quit this company. At first u will feel that this company is the best place to work and all but later on the real face will come out. So be aware!!!!

There is lot of favorism. People don't get hikes and promotion for the amount of effort and time they invest in projects. Some Architects have no technical skills yet the way they behave to their project team members is highly unacceptable. Promotions and progressions are not given as per merit and company policies.

Dislikes

Do confirm and verify toxic managers and teams before joining. Very process oriented, processes dating back to 90s are still followed in some cases, decision making takes too much layers and time. Promotions and hikes are conditional, depends on your department and manager.

My team leader behaviour was worst, still I wonder how did they choose him to lead a team one of the worst person in character who does not give space to the employee and he himself gives justification and gives the conclusion also he won't listen to any one's voice he will behave that he is correct at any cost

No growth talk takes place it's only a fabulous tool to promote the LIKED ones. Work life balance is miserable even after giving feedback in SGES survey nothing seems to change Policy makers and HR - who are they simply never seen them or had interaction once a year , they seem to be working in a virtual world .

There is nothing to like about this company. Only thing is you get a brand value to grow in future. Rest every good thing about this company is a hoax.

Dislikes

Annoying and non supporting higher management. They do not let the staff to learn and grow. They keep on threatening them for layoffs. Appraisals are negligible to zero even if you melt your bone for them. I worked with this organization for 5.5 years, and my overall experience is extremely terrible. They do not treat their staff as human beings.

Good and clean working environment. Company is doing great job in terms of sustainability, digitalization and various other technologies on the market. It's a company with a legacy of 175 years of expertise and very much ahead of the competition.

Company culture in SI HR Team is not very good. People inside the team play politics, no support in terms of any benefits when employee is transferred from one location to other for any reason. When seeking support from the higher authority there is bias and false judgements about a colleague working remotely while promoting a hybrid work culture, agility and trust between the employees, what happens to a team member is completely opposite to what is been said on the larger forums.
