It is a good company for freshers to survive for 2-3 years for brand name SIEMENS nothing more than this.

Seniors in this company are useless, Surviving here from 15-20 years without any knowledge, only thing they know is micro-management for cost cutting and to irritate employees personally to survive and to have their impression in one or ther other way and they'll hire people just to show count and remove them remove them or extend their probation without any reason i have seen around 15-20 members faced same issue they were helpless and crying back the stage just to save their job. i have also seen managers back beaches on each other and on employees personal life. considering all this points i say that this company (Siemens - GBS ) is useless and not having a good culture and environment for work<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. especially for those who come here for their career growth</mark>....Read More

If you are coming from a industrial automation domain background to domain testing then there is no much skill development here. 10 years experience person is working on the same thing where 2 years experience person is working. If you are done with your domain experience and now just want to settle down by doing 9-5 job with normaltesting work then this is a job for you. But you are looking for a challenges in your work and want to grow professionally then this is not a place for you. I joined Siemens as a support engineer, having previously worked in a similar role in other organizations. I must say, the situation at Siemens is very favorable. They compensate extra for on-call shifts, and if your shift falls in the evening, you receive additional pay. Moreover, there are no night shifts; instead, engineers in other time zones cover the night hours, which is a significant benefit. Additionally, the pay is better compared to my previous company. Other likes are- flexible timings, annual gifts, opportunities for skills development, and proper KT. In my previous organization, KT was lacking, and I was often put on on-call duty without adequate knowledge of the product....Read More

Sometimes manager expects a lot . You do your role job ,apart from that they expect you to write articles on the product(just after 4 months of joining), give KT to juniors ,unnecessary meetings and trainings which are annoying.
