I liked the management and other fun activities apart from work. Good work life balance. Job security in excellent here, other benefits related to leaves and flexibility in working from home. Appraisal are quite less sometimes, u can say like 7-9%, That also depends upon your client and the team u work in. Work culture is now very bad. Old Siemens was an engineering company with great innovative company. Now few people are running it as business, employee are least priority.

Everything. i lost my mind and peace while working here. i had lot of sleepless nights and finally took a decision to quit this company. At first u will feel that this company is the best place to work and all but later on the real face will come out. So be aware!!!!

There is lot of favorism. People don't get hikes and promotion for the amount of effort and time they invest in projects. Some Architects have no technical skills yet the way they behave to their project team members is highly unacceptable. Promotions and progressions are not given as per merit and company policies.

Do confirm and verify toxic managers and teams before joining. Very process oriented, processes dating back to 90s are still followed in some cases, decision making takes too much layers and time. Promotions and hikes are conditional, depends on your department and manager.

My team leader behaviour was worst, still I wonder how did they choose him to lead a team one of the worst person in character who does not give space to the employee and he himself gives justification and gives the conclusion also he won't listen to any one's voice he will behave that he is correct at any cost

Parent company is great But here in India it's detoriating fast.

No growth talk takes place it's only a fabulous tool to promote the LIKED ones. Work life balance is miserable even after giving feedback in SGES survey nothing seems to change Policy makers and HR - who are they simply never seen them or had interaction once a year , they seem to be working in a virtual world .
