Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.

Indian Management is terrible , they just try to exploit like any other Indian company . Manager is ruthless in India , they believe only his promotion and growth and envy the senior resources . Puppets like people is valued. No promotion here . Very toxic people here in India .

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.

Extreme favouritism. Too many back door entries and incompetent folks at the top positions. HR is a manager's puppet. Promotions are given only to the ones closer to the manager irrespective of one's skills and contribution. Absolutely no respect for one's talent and you cannot question the status quo. Good people leave and masuers remain.

Everything. i lost my mind and peace while working here. i had lot of sleepless nights and finally took a decision to quit this company. At first u will feel that this company is the best place to work and all but later on the real face will come out. So be aware!!!!

If you are coming from a industrial automation domain background to domain testing then there is no much skill development here. 10 years experience person is working on the same thing where 2 years experience person is working. If you are done with your domain experience and now just want to settle down by doing 9-5 job with normaltesting work then this is a job for you. But you are looking for a challenges in your work and want to grow professionally then this is not a place for you. For testing also they are not even using agile environment. I dislike the long working hours at Siemens Ltd, as I often had to work 14 to 16 hours a day due to the heavy workload. Additionally, the company required employees to come into the office and didn’t offer permanent work-from-home options, which made it much harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance

Nothing, totally toxic management. Racist and plays huge politics on castism. No hikes, No bonuses, No appreciation. The full of sweet tooths. Easy blame games made here. Bad mouthing is what they do when they go to have a cup of tea outside of the office.

Everything. There is no proper work distribution. No proper resource in team. The manager is sick when you ask raise but they want unimaginable things from you. Simply overhyped company. It was good back before covid, but now its worse than a service based company.
