My team leader behaviour was worst, still I wonder how did they choose him to lead a team one of the worst person in character who does not give space to the employee and he himself gives justification and gives the conclusion also he won't listen to any one's voice he will behave that he is correct at any cost

In my career here I've just worked on only 2 full fledged projects because there was a lack of hustle by the leadership to acquire new projects. They've hired me to work on a very important project but later they lost the contract and it was converted into a POC. Since then they've just failed to bring new projects for my technologyand now they've stopped taking efforts also. They just asked me to change the technology or seek for jobs outside....Read More

I dislike the long working hours at Siemens Ltd, as I often had to work 14 to 16 hours a day due to the heavy workload. Additionally, the company required employees to come into the office and didn’t offer permanent work-from-home options, which made it much harder to maintain a healthy work-life balance
