Yes,am really happy to work here.But it will be more satisfied when I became a direct employee of siemens.I hope it will happen soon & I will work hard for that.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

The work time here is 9am to 6:30 pm if it is reduced to 9 am to 5:30 pm that will be good to spend some personal & family time.Due to work from home some times some communication problems are happening during work.

Salary - Poor
Job security - Bad
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

It become so different and I have changed a lot.I learned something in very few days.I hope I could be better in skills if I continue here some more years.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
