Since I was working in Siemens Ltd Saudi Arabia Riyadh City from past 13 yrs , it's very good company and employees had work together and clear any type of major problems I was in KSA from Nov-2003 to Sept 2016

Employee coming late to work is real I feel bad beacuse management will be looking to us and we are getting salary on time but we are not working as.per company timings

Nothing, they will start micro managing each employee, if you try to balance your work load. Yeah but if you will work like a donkey even on weekends and won't say no then only you will be eligible for an average appraisal after 1.5 years, yes u heard it right. They have stupid policies to give appraisal only to joinees who joined before April, otherwise you will have to wait for 1 and a half year to get a appraisal and that too of 5 to 8 percent....Read More
