-HR policy are very Bad. They do not remain on their words. -i.e. "i m working as a Design Engineer on 3rd party payroll (shpinx Worldbiz),although i have completed my probation and also its been more than 1 year. -very casual approach or whole company towards ,Medium wages employees. -company only provides hikes ,when you produces Offer letter of another company while switching. -company dont have value about skills and knowledge its, only provide face value, prefer to work by reference, biased mode. -feeling so disappointed 😞...Read More

Work Details

I am working as a Design Engineer, after completing 1 year as per HR policy company should take me on its Payroll but they HRD not doing the same. Work is good , i am stopping myself to switch to another firm,but i am helpless.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
