No WFH option for our team, fired me without any prior notice even though I was in contract they didn't inform me before hand. Same situation has happened with my friends too felt really bad for that. Very strict and stubborn seniors.

Nothing, they will start micro managing each employee, if you try to balance your work load. Yeah but if you will work like a donkey even on weekends and won't say no then only you will be eligible for an average appraisal after 1.5 years, yes u heard it right. They have stupid policies to give appraisal only to joinees who joined before April, otherwise you will have to wait for 1 and a half year to get a appraisal and that too of 5 to 8 percent....Read More
