Teammates are very helpful and professional. Minimum office politics or jealousy among colleagues, due to transparent nature of appraisals and encouraging management.

Dislikes

The work environment can be more fun-with more events every weekend maybe and incentives should be more on completion of some very important tasks or at achieving the milestones.

Restricting working hours making it like a typical 9 to 6 job. I wish there are more flexibility in terms of timings. Also , working 5 days a week is more productive in long run.

The work life balance was good as no extra working hours or no office communications during off hours. Pay was also ok but you should negotiate a bit as they will try to squeeze you by giving various excuses.

Dislikes

The higher management does not have a vision for the organization. they are just doing things as they go. Work culture is very bad as a lot of politics and the higher management is actively involved in this and expects a lot of sycophancy from you then only you will get appraised/promoted. A lot of layoffs without explanations happen so no job security and no skill upgradation.
