A balanced work environment ensures there's not too much stress on the employee. Targets are set by consulting the team so no impossible standard are set this also gives us a sense of responsibility, accountability and pride in the work we do.

Dislikes

There is a struggle with work life balance. Since it is a typical 9 to 6 job, Its Difficult to maintain a good work life balance especially during the completion of projects and extra hours need to be added.

There was never a question about job security during the covid times. The company was always vocal about all its policies during the crisis, and it never stopped expressing concern for employee health or offering support to its employee. This made it less stressful time for me even during the lockdown.

The usual team difference are a part of every job as long as do you work honestly and dedicatedly non of it will affect you.

It might be a startup now, but the company is growing at a very fast pace. Management is well equipped to handle the company, and teammates are chosen form nothing but the best available .Love the direction in which the company is handing ,looking forward to growing with it.

wish there was a remote working option available for roles the don't need to be on -site at least on Saturday.

Bosses are super chill, competitive remuneration and great benefits to working here. It is a fun working environment where responsibilities are assigned, and accountability is excepted. Adults are treated like adults, and there's no spoon-feeding system.

There's still a lot that need to come into place, can be chaotic sometimes as it is a very fast - paced environment.

The work life balance was good as no extra working hours or no office communications during off hours. Pay was also ok but you should negotiate a bit as they will try to squeeze you by giving various excuses.

Dislikes

The higher management does not have a vision for the organization. they are just doing things as they go. Work culture is very bad as a lot of politics and the higher management is actively involved in this and expects a lot of sycophancy from you then only you will get appraised/promoted. A lot of layoffs without explanations happen so no job security and no skill upgradation.
