What I. Like best about Shyplite is that there is no micro managing. We all have our goals and tasks and are expected to complete them in given timeframe. No manager or senior is going to poke you for break timing or work as long as you meet your deadlines.

Dislikes

Restrictive working hours making it typical like 9-6job.I wish there was more flexibility in terms of timings. Also wish it was just a 5 day workweek. Working on Saturdays can be tiring.

The job is interesting. We are responsible for business and revenue, so everyday there is a new query and we learn different things

A professional and fun environment that keeps a good balance between work and play. Management's enthusiasm is infectious when it comes to working making the team more willing and dedicated to achieving our goals.

Dislikes

There is still a lot that needs to come into place, can be chaotic sometimes as it is very fast-paced environment.

It's a growing start-up with a lot of opportunities to lean in a friendly environment. It is a very young an enthusiastic team with a steep learning curve. You need to be at the top of your game to learn and move forward. Never observed a dull moment here.

There should be some more training sessions for our skills improvement.

The usual team difference is a part of every job. As long as you do your work honestly and dedicatedly, none of it will affect you.
