There are many great things working here. The culture, the policies, the management everything makes it a great place to work at. My favorite thing is that there is no strict hierarchy. Whether at work or while partying, the team is always together. There is no distinction or treatment difference based on the designation.

The team environment is fast paced and it can be challenging to keep up without putting dedication & hard work into it.

Restrictive working hours making it like a typical 9 to 6 job. i wish there was more flexibility in terms of timing. also , wish it was just a day a 5 days work a week. working on saturday can be tiring

Nothing, internal politics . If you are new ad you complaint against any one they will not considered it, even if the person against whom you raise the complainant is near to boss . They will put you on PIP with next to impossible targets.
