Amazing office culture and policies are employee centric. Work in this company involves top players in the logistics and shipping industry that help us to grow explicitly. There are good and very kind colleagues to work with. The office space if fun and growth is holistic.

Managers & seniors are experienced, focused, driven and mature. There are regular follow-ups and positive & constructive review to help in addressing most issues. there is always scope of growth professionally and personally and the colleagues are very helpful and supportive.

Teammates are very helpful and professional. Minimum office politics or jealousy among colleagues, due to transparent nature of appraisals and encouraging management.

Dislikes

The work environment can be more fun-with more events every weekend maybe and incentives should be more on completion of some very important tasks or at achieving the milestones.

Work culture is awesome- be it in work or partying. There is always a feeling of oneness and team spirit. The environment is positive and I look forward to heading to work everyday.

Dislikes

There's still a lot that needs to come into place, can be chaotic sometimes as it is a very fast-paced environment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Bosses are super chill, competitive remuneration and great benefits to working here. It is a fun working environment where responsibilities are assigned, and accountability is excepted. Adults are treated like adults, and there's no spoon-feeding system.

Dislikes

There's still a lot that need to come into place, can be chaotic sometimes as it is a very fast - paced environment.

Young team and founders that are consistently looking to innovate from boring traditional working practices.

Dislikes

Restricting working hours making it like a typical 9 to 6 job. I wish there are more flexibility in terms of timings. Also , working 5 days a week is more productive in long run.

The work life balance was good as no extra working hours or no office communications during off hours. Pay was also ok but you should negotiate a bit as they will try to squeeze you by giving various excuses.

Dislikes

The higher management does not have a vision for the organization. they are just doing things as they go. Work culture is very bad as a lot of politics and the higher management is actively involved in this and expects a lot of sycophancy from you then only you will get appraised/promoted. A lot of layoffs without explanations happen so no job security and no skill upgradation.
