Very pathetic selection of process call you from 5o to 60 kilometres away from your home and then they just reject you by saying profile doesn't match without taking the interview with the concern department. If the profile is not match then why they called the candidate for interview. No Coordination of the HR department with theconcern department. Hr says something department says another thing at the end total wastage of your time nothing professional of this company....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
