Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, good appraisals, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

The worst thing is Month end...that’s too worst for credit operations Deptt. Month end use to start from 26-27 of every month and which goes till 8-9 th day of every month(almost 10 days) In that 10 days schedule, a person may even get unhealthy/Frustrated as work done by the employees for 10-14 hrs a day in the period of those 10 days Month ends are pressured days as well as the most of the works, targets are accomplished in these days...Read More
