The only thing I like about Shriram Life insurance is the good incentive and the salary package. That’s it.

The job satisfaction is very poor. I don’t even like to walk there and the top management is very rude and very arrogant. They don’t even understand the situation of an employees few days ago. My father was very serious in the hospital. I have informed the authority that I am taking leave. It was total of five days of leave. Even after I informed, even after I told him that it was an emergency. My father‘s condition is not good. Still there spoke to me very rudely and very arrogantly. Fine, they told me to resign. I mean family emergencies should be considered as Reasonable right thinking to join Shriram Life insurance. I would suggest them to not join if you are totally focused and experienced in life insurance industry. If you have business, if you have clients then okay, you can go for it, but still, you will face such situations....Read More

One of the worst company in my career, I suggest no one to join as they dnt have any ethic, rules, or any helping nature. They just give you mental pressure which may cause you many other issue. In this company zonal and area manager are not aware of their company process and if any one follow the process they just target and give mental tension to them. From my own personal experience never join Shriram life insurance many people and seniors are resigning as new managers are only forcing and giving mental stress....Read More
