The job satisfaction is very poor. I don’t even like to walk there and the top management is very rude and very arrogant. They don’t even understand the situation of an employees few days ago. My father was very serious in the hospital. I have informed the authority that I am taking leave. It was total of five days of leave. Even after I informed, even after I told him that it was an emergency. My father‘s condition is not good. Still there spoke to me very rudely and very arrogantly. Fine, they told me to resign. I mean family emergencies should be considered as Reasonable right thinking to join Shriram Life insurance. I would suggest them to not join if you are totally focused and experienced in life insurance industry.
