I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. As a financial brand it's good.

I was working with the team who were previously the part of sahara India pariwar. They didn't have work culture, insurance experience, training session. Their behaviour was so rude that no insurance background person can survive with that team.

Interesting working with Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited-Pune Maharashtra.It was totally different experience altogether..I have learnt many things while working with Shriram Group, Culture/Enviornment/Independently handling the Entire Branch,No Pressure/No Politics and Bad Behaviour.Smooth working culture and very Transparent Policy etc.

Seems to be a company but my Managers don't have supporting nature and Problem solving skills. Even if someone delivers the solution they'll hesitate to listen and work out. "Working in a team" amounts to "working in a company. If Team is bad, Company is also bad. Work nature is hybrid but one has to beg for WFH.

Everything. Starting from their Welcome kit till the resignation except Canteen food and washrooms.
