Best thing is multi product company. Target achievement as per goal sheets. Lots of travelling though. Need to have added advantage of multi language so as to get agents on board. Overall a good experience.

Company is very good there is no any complaint. salary comes on 30 of every month but they focus only in life insurance . They tell to new joining employee that we do multiple products but after some time they pressure only for life insurance and leads are not provided . The state operation incharge (SOI) of uttarakhand is very bad . He only give excuse on any work you want to ask or wanted to do him . He is not right person to work there ....Read More

Company is very good , but specially in north India (Uttarakhand), I think is not so much good . CEO and STATE HR i interact with them some time, they are very nice and very responsive and i think there is some need of improvement in every where please do as soon as possible
