Very worst organisation I ever seen, HR policy is very bad, no job security or career growth, Organisation kept 1 month salary as security deposit which will be refunded after completion of 2 year, its against the companies Act. I leave the organisation with given 1 month notice period as per Organisation HR Policy, still my salary was hold by HR.
