The faculty is hard working and always be ready to help each others and for the overall development of students.

Dislikes

The faculty didn't get much support from administration. They always wants to pull legs, no motivation.

Leave policies Of SRMGPC are good as compared to other colleges in Lucknow.

Dislikes

Presently timely credit of salary is a major issue. They usually credit your salary 4 to 5 months late. Moreover for last three years there are no appraisals or increments.

Work Details

At SRMGPC there is less time for faculties to develop their skills as there is lot of paper work which can be significantly reduced and time can be invested in various R & D activities benificial for both students and faculties as well.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
