Compensation, Vibrant and youthful workforce who are full of zest and enthusiasm for what they can achieve in constantly changing world.

Salary - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

* Peer pressure to constantly perform in stressful situations, managing random fire-fighting situations. * Being a foreign worker with limited or no relocation support, expecting to settle down quickly and perform from day 1 is quite a feat very few can pull.
