Work culture is the worst thing about this. This environment is dictated by the management team to be followed across the company. There is a reason why MNC companies have high values and great work culture but at the same time much more productivity.

It's been a great journey and a really long time working with SHJ. It is a great learning and growing part in all aspects like management, teamwork, career growth, communication skills, personality development, work satisfaction, and quality of the product on which we work.
