UI UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role involves working closely with US customers to deliver impactful and aesthetically pleasing designs. If you have a keen eye for design, a solid understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to translate ideas into visually stunning outcomes, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create impactful software interfaces, websites, logos, newsletters, and mobile & web applications.
• Develop and maintain newsletters with engaging layouts and typography.
• Select and apply color palettes and fonts that align with project goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web pages and applications.
• Design intuitive user flows, sitemaps, and storyboards.
• Craft exceptional website designs from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Ensure consistency in design standards and best practices across all deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles: Gestalt Principles, typography, and color psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Ability to conceptualize and design user-friendly, visually appealing solutions to complex problems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (B.Des / M.Des) or related field.
• Experience working with international clients, especially US-based customers.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design.
