They are not giving appraisals even you work hard and technical teams appraisal decisions are taken by sales team jead which is not proper. 1. Name of the company SHIVAAMI sounds like religious and principle based company but its not. 2. The way they achivie their business through unethical business practises. 3. Showing them self as woman empowerment comapany where as its a woman explotation company. over all the way show off is good but in reality they are not.

Dislikes

1. Lack of contempt leadership - wrong decision makers and no empowerment of employees. 2. 90% of the fresher & new joiners leave the job before 3 months which makes loss - loss situation for all. 3. Unhealth & unhappy atmosphere no job promotion/ mo salary hike/ no relocation. 4. All people from fresher to top management get changing before 3 years maximum. expect 5 - 7 top management people's. 5. People work here only in compelled situation. If in case they are intrested to make their company good and healthy Wealthy. 1. They should hire team of trainer including soft skills trainer, behaviour trainer, all new joiners, and existing employees should be given dirrenet types of training. 2. Worst culture. They have policy that employee never wins. fake promises for appraisal, fake people, Directors even don't what's the the going in the company. Less salary,no incentive,no PF Work pressure is like a hell
