Work environment is average not so good or so bad. Job security is there. Management are supportive but if u are not performing then they pressurized on you and one day you will left the Company. Company policies are not so much strict but you can't join your competitors at least for 3 years. There is no cafeteria we have to do lunch at our own desk. Ulternate Saturday off.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No PF No CL Paid leaves applicable once you complete 6th month in the Company. No PL encashment No mediclaim policy at the time of joining

It should be named -institute of learning office politics. Everyone there is just playing their dirty politics and even after serving notice period they won't give the salary for the month of leaving

I like the way they cheat and take advantages of their employees and kick them out once their objective is full fill.

Dislikes

Its a call center with extreme mental torcher to bring profit thrice of your salary. Most of their old employee are become mentally paralyzed they are like poppet on the finger tip of the owners. They cant even take right decision or cant oppose wrong. They just spread frustration and anger by misbehaving.

...cal teams appraisal decisions are taken by sales team jead which is not proper. They are not giving any medical facility, no pf cutting and onpy 3 months maternity leave and if you qiit after matetnity they will not give you experience letter. In 4 uears just given 1 appraisal even worked very hard and same time giving best performance gift but at time of appraisal telling your performance is poor🤣 They expect you should answer there each call on sundays too

1. Name of the company SHIVAAMI sounds like religious and principle based company but its not. 2. The way they achivie their business through unethical business practises. 3. Showing them self as woman empowerment comapany where as its a woman explotation company. over all the way show off is good but in reality they are not.

...ners leave the job before 3 months which makes loss - loss situation for all. 3. Unhealth & unhappy atmosphere no job promotion/ mo salary hike/ no relocation. 4. All people from fresher to top management get changing before 3 years maximum. expect 5 - 7 top management people's. 5. People work here only in compelled situation. If in case they are intrested to make their company good and healthy Wealthy. 1. They should hire team of trainer including soft skills trainer, behaviour trainer, all new joiners, and existing employees should be given dirrenet types of training. 2. They must have 2 days off. culture with incentives on targets and perks on good performance. 3. over all they needs to love their employees because people are cheaper than robot if you know how to handle. if people lives your comapny freequently - you cant run your business alone.
