Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and initiating outbound cold calls and emails.
• Customer Needs Understanding: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to sales.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closing.
• Sales Closures: Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by effectively managing and progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Account Research: Conduct research on potential accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our products or services.
• CRM Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, prospects, and opportunities to ensure follow-up and timely conversion.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including professional email writing.
