Inside Sales Representative - IT Industry
Experience - Fresher To 6 Years
Location - Andheri (East)
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales techniques.
Sales Generation & Lead Qualification:
Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Respond to inbound inquiries and effectively manage leads through the sales pipeline.
Understand customer needs and align solutions to meet their business objectives.
Sales Support & Coordination:
Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and assist in solution design.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, follow-ups, and issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track and report sales performance, activities, and market trends to management.
Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and drive collective sales efforts.
Market & Industry Research:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position the company's solutions.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to help shape sales collateral and messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including Cyber Security, Cloud Services, Networking, and other related solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in selling or supporting IT infrastructure, audio-visual, power solutions, and energy-efficient technologies.
Technical background or knowledge of IT systems, networking, and enterprise solutions.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
