Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a fully remote position, offering a 4-day work week, ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with international clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate leads and close sales.
  • Understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and present the companys value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales, preferably in a remote or virtual setup.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a work-from-home setup.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
