Initially the work culture and interaction with others was nice later the environment became toxic.

Dislikes

As it became a big company management and company founders don't take work life balance and health environment as a key parameter. There involvement is very less now. Lot of politics internally, bulk firing, PIP, zero increments, no promotions. HR are only busy in scheduling unnecessary activities. Managers take their team members credit and all.

CTO has many loyalists who report back on coworkers' behaviors or private opinions. Watch carefully and you will know who these are. Folks receiving better hikes and high status and frequent awards. Cult-Like Culture, and high Unprofessionalism. This company is a breeding ground for bosses who thrive on taking credit for their teamswork while micromanaging employees. Leadership runs a cult where blind loyalty is demanded, and thinking for yourself is a punishable offense. Many employees, particularly those from small company setup bring narrow mindset and spread rumors to gain influence. Pranks, and juvenile behavior are not just tolerated but they’re normalized. If you have any kind of loan - Home, personal, please avoid joining this random startup - they will make you quit silently by use of aggression based body language and bullying. Job security is proportional to the extent of verbal abuse you can take from CTO and founders. Not applicable for Baniyas in the company. Like ola manufactures use and throw e-vehicles, ShipRocket launches products which users use and throw when it comes time to pay for the subscription. Retention rates are total crap.
