There is nothing to be liked about the company and its culture. There's a high level of dirty politics. To save someone special's job they might put you in such a team where the project is on the verge of its completion. My manager never focused on my work or even bothered communicating just because he wanted to lay me off. They will push you to such a point where resign is the only option. Job security is proportional to the extent of verbal abuse you can take from CTO and founders. Not applicable for Baniyas in the company. Like ola manufactures use and throw e-vehicles, ShipRocket launches products which users use and throw when it comes time to pay for the subscription. Retention rates are total crap.
